Adrian Howard – Managing Director   Adrian was co-owner of a successful retail business for 16 years. In 2002 Adrian sold his business to pursue a successful career in the Financial Services Sector. Having received his Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practise with a major Mortgage Consultancy based in Aberdeen, Adrian soon became one of their top consultants winning many awards. Adrian left the Aberdeen consultancy to take up a post with a prestigious Dundee consultancy where he gained further experience particularly in the Insurance sector.  Adrian drew on this and other experience to-date to enable him to leave the Dundee consultancy and jointly create and nurture MortgageShield.Co.Uk Ltd.    I like to think I have dealt with every possible type of mortgage there is Adrian explains. From Purchase to Re-mortgage. From clients in a desperate financial position to clients looking for a growing stable of properties. That is what I like about this business, no two mortgages or Insurance needs are the same he explains with an obvious contented smile. Nothing can better that feeling of leaving a client in a far better financial position than when I first met them, particularly if the clients had previously been struggling a little.
	Alison Howard – Administration   Alison brings with her a tremendous wealth of experience in administration having ran her own business for 16 years. Changes are taking place almost daily within the financial services industry.  In order to facilitate these changes Alison runs an office with Military precision to ensure a fast and efficient service for her clients.  Alison’s experience in p.a.y.e, accounting and filing procedures as well as liaising with Solicitors, Lenders and Clients make her the most important person in the company.    With an ever increasing array of new offices technology I have not lost sight that this is a “people” industry.  When customers telephone they do not want to hear about problems, they want solutions.  A mortgage is probably the most important financial decision that most people will make.  My aim is to ensure that this process is as stress free as possible.
